All UNDONE watches come with a 12-month warranty from the date your watch ships. This covers any manufacturing defects, and if your watch stops working on its own during this period, we’ll repair or replace it, simple and stress-free.
If your watch arrives Dead on Arrival, we’ll handle everything for you, including repairs, parts, and round-trip shipping.
After the warranty period, repairs (including service fees, components,
and shipping) will be charged at full price, but our team will still guide you through the process and offer support.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Each case is reviewed individually, and our watchmakers will inspect the piece before approving any repair.
