Undone Club members enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $100. We take 7-10 business days to put together your custom watch. Total shipping time? Expect your unique timepiece at your door in 2-3 weeks, complete with a tracking number.

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of arrival. For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. This applies to non-collaboration and Collaboration (non-limited) models. Please note that we do not accept returns and cancellations for customized orders, limited models, pre-orders regardless of the model, or Early Access purchases regardless of the model.

If you receive an item with a factory defect, you can return it within 14 days of arrival, and UNDONE will cover the shipping cost. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

We offer a standard 12 months international warranty for all our products. The warranty covers defective watches from the date of shipment. Should the watch stop working on its own, we will make you a new one. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or misuse.
