Terms and conditions
  • The competition is open to all customers who pre-order UNDONE x hololive EN Party2Gether watch from 20 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.
Prize:
  • The winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to Tokyo, Japan, scheduled to take place in 2025. The trip dates will be agreed upon between the winner and UNDONE, subject to availability.
  • The prize includes round-trip economy-class flights for two (2) people from any international airport to Tokyo, Japan. and Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a mid-range hotel in central Tokyo, based on two people sharing a double or twin room.
  • Prize Exclusions: The following are not included in the prize:
    • Travel insurance (the winner must arrange their own travel insurance).
    • Transportation to and from Airport.
    • Any meals, drinks, or other personal expenses are not included in the hotel stay.
    • Costs for additional excursions, activities, or experiences in Japan.
    • Visa or travel documentation costs, if applicable (the winner is responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements for Japan).
Prize Conditions:
  • The winner must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the intended dates of travel.
  • The prize trip must be taken in 2025, with specific dates subject to mutual agreement.
  • No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable. If the winner is unable to travel on the agreed dates, UNDONE reserves the right to select another winner.
  • Any changes to the flight or accommodation booking that result in additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
Key Date:
  • The lucky draw will launch from 20 December 2024 to 31 January 2025. The winner will be drawn on 28 February 2025 and notified via email and social media. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, UNDONE reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity:
  • The winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the competition.
General:
UNDONE reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
